      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation and success of the high security sales and business development program for the assigned area
      - Support sales personnel to achieve program sales goals and develop a business development pipeline
      - Prospect for new sales and business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships
      - Collaborate with marketing and product management to align strategies with company goals
      - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for senior management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in Physical Security/High Security sales, particularly B2B
      - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proficient knowledge of Physical, Perimeter, and High Security Basics, including fence and barrier systems
      - Exceptional organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills
      - Valid Driver's License required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or equivalent certification
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP systems
