      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Close high-value PR contracts ranging from $4K-$20K+ monthly retainers
      - Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and closing conversations with qualified prospects
      - Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, founders, and marketing leaders
      - Manage deals through the entire sales cycle, from initial call to signed contract
      - Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales process optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
      - Proven track record of closing $100K+ deals (annual contract value)
      - At least 2 years of experience in consultative/solution selling (marketing services, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
      - Demonstrated success in roles with $200K+ OTE and quota overachievement
      - Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and maintaining an executive presence
