What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies by advising customers on information system technologies
- Act as a technical liaison between customer management and IT personnel, facilitating effective communication
- Identify opportunities to apply technology to improve business processes within strategic system goals
- Support HIM EHR and related applications, including HIM Coding and HIM DMS applications
- Document project requirements and technical specifications, ensuring clarity for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT collaboration
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and solid analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Knowledge of HL7 and strategic use of technology in business management
- Experience in organizing and executing projects from vision through implementation
