      Job Description

      Hydraulic Supply Company (HSC), a division of Motion, is seeking a Hose Assembly Fabricator to get hands on and produce quality hose assemblies and kits to key customers of HSC. This is an opportunity for a motivated and talented candidate to grow with a great team and a very successful company.

      Responsibilities

      • Fabricate hose assemblies and kits to customer specification
      • Assemble kits based on requirements and label and arrange accordingly
      • Ensure established processes are followed through QC phase
      • Provide Quality Assurance of all assemblies
      • Ensure knowledge of use of all equipment
      • Assist team in overall maintenance of the facility
      • Participate in making sure all safety guidelines are followed
      • Troubleshoot problems and provide creative solutions
      • Maintain key relationships with internal teams
      • Ensure value-add is a focal point of every product

      Qualifications

      • HS Diploma/GED preferred
      • Positive attitude
      • Willingness to learn and be hands on
      • Capable of using hand tools and shop equipment
      • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
      • Meet deadlines and manage time effectively
      • Mechanical/technical inclination a plus
      • Knowledge of different hoses and thread configurations a plus
      • Epicor P21 experience a plus
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
