      THE JOB :

      As a Hotel Lobby Ambassador, you’re the welcoming face and first point of contact the moment guests arrive. You’ll greet every guest with genuine warmth, efficiently check them in and out, answer questions, and anticipate their needs to ensure a smooth, seamless stay. By learning guests’ unique stories and delivering personalized service, you’ll turn everyday interactions into memorable moments. With your confident personality and “let’s make this awesome” energy, you’ll create the WOW experiences guests rave about long after check-out—playing a vital role in owning the guest experience and sending everyone home with unforgettable memories.

      THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour

      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family, providing memorable service, anticipating needs, and responding to and resolving guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics

      • Monitor and direct traffic flow while managing queuing system procedures in accordance with property policies

      • Maintain comprehensive and accurate knowledge of groups, events, amenities, outlets, and general information

      • Enthusiastically promote features and benefits of MGM Resorts International venues and outlets

      • Utilize tablet devices to perform key transactions as well as display products and services to guests

      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • Must be 18 years of age or older

      • High School Diploma or GED

      • One (1) year of prior Guest-Facing Customer Service preferred

      • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

      • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
