What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support for human resources functions, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain employee files and enforce company policies and practices
- Respond to employee inquiries and manage shared inbox communications
- Assist in the performance management administration process and complete general administrative duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-3 years of experience in an administrative function
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality
