      We're looking for a HR Advisor to join our People team on a 9-month FTC.

      There’s an HR revolution happening at the UK’s leading Hospitality business and your HR partnering skills are going to lead it!

      You will be joining a high performing HR Business Partnering team at a FTSE 100 business. The HRBP team support at a very senior level (Exec Level), so there is plenty of scope for growth within the role and we pride ourselves on succession within the People team.

      The role has significant variety, with a great balance of projects to get stuck into. You will also be involved in a full range of activities across the People cycle (talent, resourcing, reward, ER etc).

      Salary: £35k – £43k 9-month FTC

      Location: Based in Dunstable, with hybrid working.

      What You’ll Do

      • Coach Line Managers for self-sufficiency in people processes.
      • Advise on employee relations.
      • Collaborate with HR for a cohesive approach.
      • Aid HRBP in restructuring & development.

      What We Need

      • Strong HR background either in a generalist role or specialist talent, training, or Employee Relations role.
      • Stakeholder management, particularly within HR and business unit
      • Understands end to end people cycle
      • Understands HR routines such as performance management, talent & succession planning, Learning & Development.
