Job Description
- Req#: req3442
- Lead on developing the people strategy and plan for defined business areas.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges and tailor HR plans and interventions accordingly.
- Represent the HR agenda and provide HR influence within the business area, providing support, advice, and challenge to the leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of aligning the people plan to support the delivery of the business areas strategy.
- Data literate – confident in interpreting large/complex data sets to identify insights that ensure all people-related activity is focused and adds value.
- Experience working in a diverse operational/corporate environment, including exposure to Trade Unions
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills – able to articulate complex concepts in ways that are accessible to all levels across the organisation.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a challenging workload with competing priorities with a level of ambiguity.
