      Africa is a growing region in the Bosch Group. Bosch employs more than 2 000 associates in Africa and operates in the business sectors mobility; industry; consumer goods and energy and building technology.

      Its head office for Southern Africa is located in Midrand, South Africa.

      Bosch is looking to employ an experienced HR Compensation and Benefits Manager in their Human Resources department.

      The successful incumbent will be responsible for amongst other the following;

      Responsible for the management of Region Africa compensation & benefits structures

      • Manage job grading
      • Manage salary benchmarking
      • Review inflation within the various countries
      • Review and benchmark benefits packages
      • Annual Salary Review (ASR) coordination
      • Company Car Policy coordination
      • Manage Africa wide Sales Incentive systems
      • Interface with Bosch Corporate Compensation & Benefits departments

      Responsible for implementation of new HR- IT system for Africa (payroll and personnel information)

      • Software updates and system changes
      • System interface on various internal company platforms
      • Data migration where required

      Expat Management Southern-Africa

      • Responsible for the application of the expat policy
      • Management of expats and related matters
      • Liaison with the eternal service provider or visa agency

      Fleet Management Southern-Africa

      • Company car sourcing with purchasing department
      • Management of fleet with service providers
      • Management of car insurance and tracker

      Policy Reviews (Local and Africa directives):

      • Reviews, record keeping and updates of policies on company compensation and benefits
      • System links and updates of existing policies
      • Advise staff on company policy and procedures where appropriate

      Management of Incentive schemes Southern-Africa

      • Reviews and submissions of monthly incentives schedules
      • Review of payroll payments on various incentive schemes of the company

      Compensation Survey submissions Southern-Africa

      • Monthly and quarterly survey submissions
      • Data analytics and business process reviews

      Sales Incentive Scheme review Southern-Africa

      • Review of Sales Incentive Scheme
      • Monthly and quarterly checks of Sales incentive payments
      • Improvements on systems, processes, etc.

      Leadership

      • Responsible for the management of the following team/s
      • Compensation and Benefits
      • Payroll

      Experience Required:

      • 10 to 15 years practical HR Compensation & Benefits management experience
      • Solid Experience in a multinational company
      • 5+ years in leadership role
      • Project Management experience essential, (proven track record for successful implementation of projects)
      • SAP experience is an advantage
      • Fully computer literate on all MS Office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
