      What you’ll do

      We’re looking for recent university graduates that are excited about building their skillsets further. These positions are a 12-month, full-time internship opportunity based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This is a paid experience where interns will be part of a dynamic team within a cutting-edge technology organization. You will receive soft-skills training and work on real-world projects that help you get higher mileage from your classroom education. You will also network with fellow students and experts in your field. We are excited for interns to be immersed into our award-winning culture.

      We're hiring:

      Associate HR intern

      The Human Resources department is responsible for protecting and enhancing our employment brand. We want to attract, retain, and develop the best talent for SAS including YOU! This intern position will work with our HR Business Partner team to develop and deliver programs that enhance the employee experience.       As a HR intern, you have the opportunity to contribute in many ways. Some of the job duties of this role include the following:

      • Assistance in organizing trainings
      • Participate in organizing events, be-well meetings
      • Prepare internal communication
      • Managing of employee benefits
      • Archive and organize documents
      • Create personal files

      What we’re looking for

      • Honours or Masters Degree in a related field including:
      • Human Resources – Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
      • Ability to join the Internship on February 1, 2024 for a 12-month program.
      • South African Citizen with valid SA ID.
      • English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
