      Job Summary

      This position will act as the first line of support for all troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SAP HR. Position will also lead the coordination and execution of all upgrade support activities. In future the incumbent would also be encouraged to acquire knowledge of new technology solutions, and be involved in the development & implementation of new technology solutions.

      Principal Duties & Responsibilities

      • Respond to routine transaction requests for SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
      • Be the first line of support for all troubleshooting and issue resolution
      • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Modules like Employee Central, Learning Management System, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management, Career Development, Succession Planning.
      • Work with all relevant teams in CBS, COHRE and GIT to research, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors and SAP HR system issues.
      • Conduct root cause analysis of problems and apply business knowledge and practical experience to recommend system and product enhancements.
      • Escalate issues to GIT/GSSO teams as needed.
      • Develop test scripts based on business requirements, perform thorough testing of fixes and document results.
      • Lead the coordination and execution of testing cycles, troubleshooting and issue resolution for all planned upgrades and rollouts of enhancements for all HR systems, collaborating with GIT and HR teams to ensure successful implementation.
      • Lead the execution of ongoing testing and documentation requirements necessary to support and maintain LMS validation.
      • Make system configuration changes as necessary for key system enhancements.

      Education/ Experience Requirements

      Minimum Education/Experience:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
      • At least 4 years of hands on IT experience in HR Technology systems (SAP Success Factors)
      • Proficiency with SAP-HR and Success Factors systems
      • Proficiency with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
      • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
      • Flexibility to learn New Technologies
      • Human Resources functional knowledge desirable.

      • Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
      • Good conceptual skills.
      • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically to identify and communicate root cause.
      • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
      • Proficient English language skills.
