The HRIS Project Manager will oversee high-impact HR technology initiatives, focusing on the integration of ADP GlobalView payroll with Workday and UKG Dimensions. This role provides leadership and subject matter expertise across project teams, ensuring data integrity, system alignment, and compliance with data security standards. Success is defined by effective cross-platform integration, high-quality data outputs, and stakeholder alignment across HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HRIS data quality initiatives and implement governance metrics across systems
• Manage and deliver strategic HR systems projects, with focus on payroll, timekeeping, and reporting
• Partner with HR IT and reporting leads to deliver dashboards and analytics to senior stakeholders
• Drive integration of ADP GlobalView with Workday and UKG Dimensions
• Secure resources, manage scope, and mitigate risks across projects using formal PM tools
• Establish and lead cross-functional teams and steering committees for delivery milestones
• Document project activities and ensure compliance with privacy and data security standards
• Mentor team members on project management tools and methodologies
Minimum Qualifications
• University degree in HR or related certification
• 7+ years of experience in US payroll and HRIS systems
• Prior experience leading complex HR technology projects
• Proficiency with ADP Payroll and Workday platforms
• Strong analytical and data translation skills
Core Tech Environment
ADP GlobalView • Excel • Microsoft Outlook • Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) • SharePoint • Slack or Teams • UKG Dimensions • Workday • Zoom
Preferred Skills
• Experience with UKG Dimensions integration
• Familiarity with global HR/payroll data governance
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Philadelphia, PA | Hybrid (In office Mon–Wed, remote Thurs–Fri)
Compensation & Schedule
• $65–$90 per hour based upon experience
• Full-time contract
