What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead implementation of national HRSA and/or AHRQ projects with limited oversight
- Disseminate project findings through publications and presentations
- Develop new products and operational plans to support TA projects
- Manage and coach staff, including direct supervision of mid-career employees
- Lead business development activities and maintain client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree + 17 years of relevant experience for Principal Associate position
- Master’s Degree + 15 years of relevant experience for Principal Associate position
- PhD + 10 years of relevant experience for Principal Associate position
- Strong track record of designing and leading technical assistance projects
- Experience with HRSA and/or AHRQ and their grantees/interested parties
