      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct human factors engineering functions for computer human interface analysis
      - Translate technical requirements into business solutions
      - Develop presentations and reports conveying complex information
      - Provide technical direction and quality review to team members
      - Direct human factors studies to promote the introduction of concepts and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences or related field
      - 0-2 years of relevant experience
      - Technical experience in FAA's NAS modernization programs highly desirable
      - Ability to design or evaluate human work systems using ergonomic principles
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
