      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and correct position descriptions for compliance and accuracy
      - Provide position management and classification support to the Agricultural Research Service
      - Advise managers on the position classification process and related standards
      - Conduct research on OPM classification standards and provide advisory opinions
      - Assist in planning and implementing organizational changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Classification
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
      - Certification for OPM classification
      - Ability to provide technical advice and support to management on classification matters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in advising on compensation management strategies
      - Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and precedents
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in HR contexts
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills for delivering briefings and reports
