      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
      - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation for new hires
      - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws

      - Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an educational setting
      - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
