      About the Role:
      We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team at The Learning Experience for Multi-Unit group franchise Locations in Stallings/Belmont/Harrisburg/Indian Land. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.

      Responsibilities:
      • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
      • Manage employee relations and provide support for any HR-related issues
      • Administer and maintain employee benefits and payroll
      • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
      • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
      Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
      • 2+ years of HR experience
      • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
