What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive HR services related to recruitment, staffing, and employment issues for assigned departments
- Assist in resolving issues related to requisition creation, applicant flow, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate job events and maintain social media pages to promote employment opportunities
- Enter and review data in an Applicant Tracking System and create reports and metrics
- Consult with departments on HR policies and best practices related to hiring and recruitment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional human resources experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- Experience with data entry and metrics generation in HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in human resources or a directly related field
- Experience in recruitment and staffing within HR
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Proficiency in Excel and experience generating recruitment analytics
- Background in training facilitation
