      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain mandatory Federal, State, and Local legal postings
      - Back up to payroll processing on a weekly basis
      - Manage personnel record-keeping in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
      - Assist in the selection, testing, and onboarding of new hires, including conducting background checks and drug screenings
      - Communicate and monitor the company's Performance Management Program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail
      - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Human Resources
      - Undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in various HRIS and payroll software systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR/SPHR certification
      - Experience in conducting new hire orientations and employee integration programs
      - Familiarity with compliance related to privacy and security in HR practices
