      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support HR leadership in developing and implementing human resource policies and administrative services
      - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to HR practices and employee documentation
      - Assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation and integration into company culture
      - Manage employee communications and monitor the Company's Performance Management Program
      - Document and track compliance with HIPAA privacy requirements and other regulatory obligations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
      - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Human Resources
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
      - Proficiency in various HRIS and payroll software systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR/SPHR certification
      - Familiarity with job posting boards such as Indeed.com
