      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for the leave of absence process, including drafting FMLA paperwork and tracking leaves
      - Manage various reporting tasks including benefits, payroll, and recruitment reports
      - Oversee the Student Program, including onboarding students and ensuring compliance
      - Handle mailing tasks such as sending out badges, welcome packages, and other materials
      - Maintain employee electronic files and assist with unemployment claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of office experience
      - 1-2 years of HR experience
      - Proficiency in data entry and report generation
      - Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and effective use of Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Workday software
