      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with executives and leaders to identify departmental needs and execute people and culture plans
      - Advise, coach, and counsel leadership on employee relations matters to foster positive relationships
      - Investigate employee complaints and manage the progressive discipline process
      - Analyze trends related to human capital and develop strategies to address employee relations issues
      - Lead projects related to turnover, retention, engagement, and leadership development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
      - Experience supporting multi-state business unit locations, including California
      - Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance matters
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
      - Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
      - Ability to leverage technology to support HR processes and enhance engagement
