- Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Paycom and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
- Own payroll, benefits, and other total rewards
- Advise and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
