      Performance and Behavior Evaluation

      • Lead the implementation of the new behavioral evaluation model across all Latin America and Caribbean countries
      • Train managers on evaluating both achievements and key behaviors (e.g., collaboration, innovation, integrity)
      • Support adoption of new performance rating scales and mid-year/annual review cadence
      • Use tools like PowerApp to improve coaching, visibility, and progress tracking

      Talent & Development

      • Spearhead a more impactful onboarding experience across countries
      • Support succession planning, performance improvement, and team health conversations
      • Contribute to organizational design discussions to align talent with growth

      Operational Excellence

      • Support recruiting and retention efforts with regional nuance
      • Ensure dismissal processes are handled legally, fairly, and aligned with company values
      • Optimize HR touchpoints for employee experience across lifecycle

What makes you a great fit:

      • 5–8 years of experience in HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist roles in a multinational or matrixed environment
      • Demonstrated experience in performance management, onboarding, or behavioral frameworks
      • Confident leading conversations on organizational change, team dynamics, and development
      • Maturity, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
