      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related issues within assigned units and provide guidance on HR policies and best practices
      - Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and advise hiring managers on best practices to attract top talent
      - Collaborate with employees and managers to address accommodation and absence support needs
      - Develop advanced reports and perform data analyses to support informed decision-making
      - Supervise and mentor HR staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Four (4) years of human resources experience for HRBP II; Six (6) years for HRBP III; Eight (8) years for Senior HRBP
      - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to analyze data and develop reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a higher education environment
      - Demonstrated leadership capabilities in HR functions
      - Familiarity with HR data analytics tools
      - Proven track record of managing complex HR issues
      - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
