About the role & what you will do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner in Cat® Digital you will serve as the primary strategic HR partner for three teams with a global employee base: Connectivity, Dealer & Customer Support, Business Resources. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to provide an extension of strategic oversight in HR functions related to presentations, data analysis, strategy, projects, and representing the team at the highest level when the HR Director is not present. This role is best located in the Greater Peoria, IL area to interface with customers and peers regularly, however, consideration may also be given to other hub locations such as Chicago, IL and Irving, TX.
Reporting to the HR Director, we are seeking a proven professional with a background in HR program thought leadership, the ability to influence others and an individual who is able to be flexible with approach while maintaining a center of solid core HR principles.
