- Approach the business partner role with a strategic mindset driving toward best practice solutions, thinking ahead, and anticipating the future needs of the business.
- Partner with leaders to address and resolve employee relations issues, providing HR guidance to identify the possible solutions and execute them, facilitating the resources and or other support from the HR area.
- Champion company culture, promoting our values, guiding principles, company initiatives, promote our employer branding, and follow up to create and implement action plans accordingly
- Participate in the development of Human Resources processes and programs for employees, that ensure a effective integration, engagement and wellbeing of our employees.
- Promote and implement diversity and inclusion activities
- Attract, develop and retain talent for entry level positions and interns
- Organizational communication on a daily basis thorough the internal local and regional channels and also partnering with marketing for company strategies about people topic.
- Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, organizational communication, diversity, performance management, talent acquisition, and federal and state employment laws.
- Experience and/or exposure working for a global organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience utilizing Human Resources Information Systems/platforms
- Language: fluent in English

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Professional studies: Bachelor’s degree: Administrative / Industrial relations / industrial engineering/ psychology.
b) Specialty: desirable an HR certification
c) Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting leaders about employee relations issues, development strategies and processes, managing culture, communication and integration activities.
d) Skills:
Personal competencies for the position:
Proactive, strategic, strong planning, coaching skills.
Collaboration, conflict resolution, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer service mindset.
Ability to work and organize diverse activities simultaneously, follow up until conclusion of projects.
