      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
      - Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process
      - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
      - Assist with performance management activities, including evaluations and development plans
      - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC guidelines and ADA accommodations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
      - Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building
      - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in employee engagement and retention initiatives
      - Familiarity with performance management systems and practices
      - Knowledge of compliance regulations related to HR
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
