      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive data collection, analysis, and evaluation to inform operational and strategic decisions
      - Administer and coordinate projects and functions, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
      - Engage in division budget preparation and analysis, tracking expenditures and revenue for optimal financial performance
      - Coordinate and manage special projects, conducting research and analysis of new programs, services, policies, and procedures
      - Act as a liaison between departments, external agencies, and the public, providing insightful support to boards and committees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, economics, or a related field preferred; master's degree highly desirable
      - Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible professional-level administrative, analytical, and/or budgetary experience related to assigned area for Senior Management Analyst
      - At least three years of relevant administrative, analytical, and/or project management experience for Management Analyst
      - Three years of increasingly responsible support role or administrative experience for Administrative Management Analyst
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in administering programs in a governmental jurisdiction
      - Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies
      - Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively
      - Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
