What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving HR and Benefits inquiries
- Collaborate with the Payroll department to address pay-related issues
- Maintain knowledge of human resources policies, employment processes, and benefits administration
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Provide regular status reports to leadership on call activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years related HR/Benefits experience preferred
- Strong customer service experience in retail, service center, or hospitality
- Competency with database and Windows applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in a modern contact center environment handling Benefit, HR policies, and pay issues
