      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and programs
      - Provide support in onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
      - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
      - Manage employee processes within company and departmental procedures, including relocations, internships, and visas for foreign employees
      - Collaborate with People team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a similar role
      - Strong knowledge of People policies and procedures
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in automating HR processes and creating standardizations
      - Familiarity with HR systems and data management
