      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and accept hiring documents for new employees while ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Serve as a liaison between Human Resources and payroll, addressing inquiries and providing information
      - Research, compile, and present data related to employee groups and special projects
      - Monitor and maintain compliance with employment eligibility and documentation processes
      - Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job fairs, application screening, and interview scheduling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA degree and three years of progressively responsible office experience, including one year in a human resources program
      - Knowledge of proper English usage, basic arithmetic, and modern office practices
      - Ability to establish effective working relationships and make decisions regarding personnel transactions
      - Familiarity with general personnel practices and procedures
      - Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or HR-related software
      - Bilingual ability to enhance communication with diverse populations
      - Knowledge of employee selection systems and affirmative action activities
      - Experience in recruitment and employee benefits administration
      - Proven ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment
