      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, including managing paperwork and updating records
      - Respond to HR-related inquiries and assist with employment verifications
      - Maintain employee records in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and ensure compliance with employment requirements
      - Manage required company trainings and track performance assessments
      - Assist with employee relations and conduct exit interviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 to 4 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, preferably with multi-state operations and defense contracting
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree
      - HRCI, SHRM, or related certification is highly desired
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
      - Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cybersecurity, systems engineering, and operational support within a government contracting context
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
      - Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements
