What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure optimal operation of HVAC Units within your geographic area by maintaining and repairing HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems
- Complete commissioning checks of HVAC Units to ensure efficient operation, including checking and correcting controller configurations
- Provide physical maintenance to HVAC Units, including changing filters, cleaning coils, and inspecting for mechanical failures
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform warranty services as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical school graduate or equivalent experience in HVAC/R
- HVAC Controls experience, familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is a benefit
- Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they escalate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer and safety-focused mindset
