Position Overview:
- Manage risk, threats, and access control for users
- Provide operational support for technologies and analyze business needs and data
- Monitor systems for data quality, efficiency, and integrity
- Assist in analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration of the product
- Focus on tier 1 support for Epic access requests and provisioning or tier 1/2 support for Epic security requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology/Security, Risk Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to follow instructions, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Awareness of audit and compliance requirements
- Understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
- Ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
- Able to work with a changing schedule, including non-standard business hours
Pay Range: $45.80 - $68.70 / hour
Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shifts, 8 hours per day, Variable Days of the Week, Rotating Weekends
