Role: IAM Scrum Master
Location: Minneapolis MN / Remote
Mode: Fulltime
Scrum Master - IAM / Customer Authentication Delivery
The Scrum Master will support one or more Agile delivery teams responsible for implementing a replacement customer authentication IAM platform. This includes enabling delivery across Ping Identity configuration, React UI development, Java backend/API services, integration testing, and migration support.
The Scrum Master will work closely with the Client's Product Owner, Technical Lead, Developers, Testers, Architects, Project Manager, Security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the team follows Agile practices, delivers committed sprint outcomes, and resolves blockers quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized, well-defined backlog with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
Partner with the Technical Lead, Developers, Testers, and Architects to ensure sprint work is planned, estimated, sequenced, and delivered effectively.
Track sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup, blockers, risks, and sprint commitments.
Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments affecting delivery across Ping Identity, React UI, Java services, testing, environments, and integrations.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to align sprint execution with the integrated implementation plan, milestones, migration activities, and release readiness.
Promote Agile best practices, team accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate dependency management across internal teams, external systems, security review, infrastructure, release management, and testing groups.
Ensure definition of ready, definition of done, test readiness, and acceptance criteria are consistently applied.
Support release planning, production readiness, post-launch stabilization, and defect triage coordination as needed.About the company
