Details of the Division and Team:
Deutsche Bank provides strategic advice over the full range of advisory services from a global platform with a strong presence in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific enabling us to complete innovative cross-border and regional transactions.
Our Origination & Advisory (Corporate Finance) business provides the full range of advisory and financing products and services. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.
With special emphasis on the ability to initiate, finance and successfully complete complex transactions across product classes, our advisory teams provide innovative solutions for our clients based on advice by industry and product specialists.

Your key responsibilities:
Provide support in the origination, execution and marketing of M&A, capital markets and financing transactions:
Prepare valuations, comparable companies, precedent transactions analysis
Prepare financial analysis models for specific sectors and companies
Performing extensive research on market trends/development, as well as conducting research potential buyers/investors
Preparation of marketing/pitch book presentation materials and coordination with other deal teams across the investment bank
Participate in substantial day-to-day client contact and client servicing
Co-ordinate and mentor analyst team
Your skills and experience:
At least 3 years Investment Banking experience for Associate
Strong financial modeling / valuation and analytical skills
Strong technology skills, including Excel and Powerpoint, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across regions and with product partners
Highly organised, detail oriented and proactive
Energetic and decisive, with high level of integrity
Motivation to work in a dynamic, international and diverse environment
Strong interest in M&A and capital markets
Education/Qualifications:
University Graduate or higher degree holder
