      Your Role and Responsibilities

      Som studentermedarbejder i Deal Support Teamet, er det dig sikrer, at vores Delivery Excellence Teams’ daglige arbejde med klienten samt IBM’s interne processer kører problemfrit. Opgaverne forudsætter en evne til at være struktureret, dedikeret og ansvarsfuld. Rollen er derudover meget værdsat i teamet, da du som studentermedarbejder simplificerer arbejdet.

      Du bliver den primære drivkraft i mange forskellige back-office projekter og samtidig får du et stort ansvar i at validere finansielle rapporter på ugentlig basis. Derudover vil du have et tæt samarbejde med din People Manager om at sikrer de sociale aktiviteter, optimere den nuværende onboarding proces og den generelle drift hos kunden.

      • Er i slutningen af din bachelor – gerne indenfor business, IT, økonomi eller lignende

      Stillingen lyder på 15-20 timer ugentligt – dog med forbehold for eksamener eller andet skolerelateret. Kontorets adresse er Olof Palmes Allé 44, Aarhus N. Det vil være en stor fordel at du har lokation i Aarhus, men dette er ikke noget som går udover muligheden for at arbejde hjemmefra.

      Samtidig er der også en opgave i at sikre de rigtige ressourcer i projektet, udvinde information til- samt sikre kvaliteten i de interne processer.
