Job Description
- Req#: REQ-016239
- Assists in the Cycle Count Program at the Service Center
- Participates in the Inventory Discrepancy process at the Service Center- tracking down ‘lost’ material, researching transactions to find root cause, creative problem solving to implement countermeasure when needed, creates and uses SOP for better inventory transaction accuracy.
- Assist with Quality/Product Management Issues - performs quality sampling checks and stock segregation as needed.
- Ensures transactions are complete/accurate- tracks open receipts/production orders/ cancelled SO’s and reconciles as needed.
- Support Put Away/Picking- prioritizes orders/material for Ops as needed; works with receiving workflows and dock to stock process to improve as needed.
- Breaking down freight – hand off-loading of product to consolidated put-away location.
- Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned by Production Supervisor/Lead.
- Assist with month-end processing.
- Previous warehousing experience
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred
- On a continuous basis: work in a standing position, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with various forklifts and stock-handling, able to work both in office and warehouse with minimal supervision
- Experience with computer business systems, such as Excel, Outlook, Axapta, SAP
- Good communication, data entry, basic math and organization skills

Job Description
The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate position is responsible for partnering with the ICQA Lead and other functional areas to participate in recording and maintaining control of various types of inventory items purchased and produced. This role is will conduct physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. This individual will also be expected to participate in analyses of inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
