      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure customers for data transfers to external partners
      - Review configurations and participate in setup reviews with customers and partners
      - Research file transmissions and payroll data for customer inquiries
      - Manage workload to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
      - Review and analyze business requirements for data transfers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Prior experience in a customer-facing role required
      - Experience with Payroll and/or Retirement Plans is a strong plus
      - Ability to learn SQL and knowledge of data retrieval from relational databases is a strong plus
      - Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment is a strong plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with financial concepts
      - Experience dealing with relational databases such as Access
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a professional setting
      - Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences
      - Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
