What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the sales and operations team with the implementation of Retail Technologies, primarily focused on Electronic Shelf Labels
- Responsible for configuring the IoT platform specifications defined in the requirements documentation for cloud-based software integration
- Manage equipment shipment fulfillment and customer billing processes
- Provide remote and on-site assistance and consultative services to customers, including "train the trainer" support
- Act as the ongoing point of contact for customers, delivering post-implementation account management and customer care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant support or configuration experience in key accounts, with proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel)
- Basic understanding of coding (JavaScript preferred) and desirable graphic design abilities
- Experience with full-scale technology deployment and support in food retailing or related industries
- Ability to travel up to 25%-35% based on business needs
