Undertake clinical assessments and prescribe in line with best practice.
Develop and review person-centred care plans.
Deliver BBV testing, immunisation (including Hep B) and harm reduction interventions.
Liaise with pharmacists and GPs to support shared care arrangements.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and governance processes.
Participate in CPD, supervision and service improvement activities.

- Youll have experience delivering substance misuse treatment, strong knowledge of harm reduction and BBV management, and confidence working within primary care and criminal justice settings.
- Were looking for someone collaborative, organised and committed to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care.
- You will be a registered Nurse or Pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber qualification and RCGP Level 1 (Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards).
- Youll have experience delivering substance misuse treatment, strong knowledge of harm reduction and BBV management, and confidence working within primary care and criminal justice settings.
