      Industrial Data and Subcontractors Interface Manager (F/M)

      Position is integrated in Digital and Integrated Systems (D&IS) organization, in charge of designing and delivering smart solutions for railway applications

      WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION?
      Integrated in D&IS France Industrialisation department, you are in charge of managing industrial data and technical industrial interface team. You manage hierarchically a team of 10 people

      • Industrial data management consists in ensuring part availability and related documentation from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool to ERP aiming to place manufacturing and/or purchase orders for delivering Customer on due time. This involves:
        • Create, update and provide industrial data package in PLM tool (PLM Enovia)
        • Implement and enrich data in ERP (SAP)
        • Manage product configuration evolutions
        • Provide on due time routings and assembly instructions in the ERP

      • Subcontractors technical interface consists in applying industrial standards on products and performing continuous improvement on production lines in order to increase QCD manufacturing productivity, from prototype phase to serial phase. This involves:
        • Guarantee industrial standards applicability
        • Share technical data (definition files, industrial specifications) with subcontractors
        • Support industrial transfer towards or between suppliers
        • Provide support to suppliers during the entire manufacturing cycle, in particular in case of technical issue : coordinate actions internally and with subcontractors to solve technical issues
        • During New Product Introduction phase : validate manufacturing processes followed by subcontractors

      WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

      • Manage Quality, Cost, Delay of the activity
      • Manage and develop team competencies
      • Ensure right capacity versus workload
      • Manage improvement plan of the activity
      • Contribute to definition and deploy Regional Center industrialisation roadmap
      • Deploy D&IS industrialisation process
      • Take part to D&IS industrialisation network

      WHAT IS YOUR PROFILE?

      • Engineering degree in industrial engineering
      • 5 to 10 years’ experience in Operations, Industrial or Supply Chain department, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices
      • Configuration management and ERP knowledge (processes and tools)
      • Basic knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain
      • Management skills
      • English read, written, spoken
      • Dynamic, autonomous. Agility and ability to work in a complex environment
