      Job Title: Industrial EngineerJob Description

      This position is responsible for improving cycle time, process capacity, space usage, safety, and ergonomics within the material handling and logistics environment.

      Responsibilities
      • Conduct MOST Time Studies to analyze and improve processes.
      • Manage projects effectively to ensure timely and successful completion.
      • Design and implement new systems and functions to enhance efficiency.
      • Benchmark new and innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
      • Apply principles of lean manufacturing for process improvement.
      Essential Skills
      • Proficiency in industrial engineering.
      • Strong knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement techniques.
      • Experience with lean manufacturing and MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique).
      • MOST Certified.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
      Additional Skills & Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
      • 1-5 years of applicable experience.
      • Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics.
      Work Environment

      The position is based in a sequencing center warehouse. The work environment involves significant engineering projects with a focus on automation and innovation, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of new solutions.

      This is a Permanent position based out of Lincoln, AL.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
