• Los básicos OI se aplican y se mantienen:
• Se actualizan los registros de actividad/tiempos y existen herramientas de seguimiento de actividad.
• Se realizan los cálculos de efectivos/máquinas adecuados y las capacidades están bajo control.
• Contribuir a la red de progreso compartiendo buenas prácticas.
• Gestionar el cambio de forma eficaz: los actores claves del cambio están implicados y comprometidos a poner en marcha las iniciativas de progreso.
