Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for an Information Security GRC Analyst-Level 2 for the GRC Team within IT Security. The Information Security Analyst-Level 2 maintains an IT Compliance Program that clearly identifies Cintas IT controls in support of compliance with established Corporate and departmental policies, SOX, PCI, and other standards and/or regulatory requirements. Additionally, the analyst promotes awareness of ITCP requirements with internal teams and monitors critical control activities and takes action to reduce compliance defects, serves as the primary contact for internal and external audit teams, facilitates collection of requested information, and assesses findings as needed. The role
coordinates on-site audit activities, maintains and leverages the schedule of auditing tests and takes action to reduce audit defects, works with key IT stakeholders and their teams to understand and resolve validated issues and tracks issues and reports resolution status to stakeholders monthly. The Analyst Level 2 assists in the annual budgeting and planning process for expenditures as it relates to IT Governance, including the evaluation and selection of current and new tools. This role will involve a strong technical understanding of SAP systems and SAP security principles.
