Job Description

- Strong analytical and documentation skills, communication skills (comfortable speaking with all levels of management), proficient in MS office suite (Technical background a plus, Python scripting abilities a plus)
- Experience in data classification, and in procedure/control design
- Knowledge in shared drives, SharePoint structure and data ownership governance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred
- Info Security experience preferred
- Knowledge of scripting/automation preferred

- Assist with defining the technical solution and adapt the remediation to local (Americas) specificities
- Formalize and draft processes with associated controls
- Archiving
- Manual and bulk tagging
- Use of LLM tool to classify
- Quarantine processes (file level and share level)
- Ensure that all stakeholders (business owners, 2nd Line, CISO...) are aligned with the proposed processes
- Help with the first remediation campaign for the AMER region, and handover to the headcount that will perform the controls as “business as usual”.
Role: Information Security Analyst
Contract: 6 Months

The US/Americas Information Security department covers the following areas : Identity & Access Management (IAM), Application Security, Third Party Security, Data Security & Cyber Defence.
The Data Security team is looking to onboard a consultant for a 6-month mandate to assist with a few short-term deliverables.
