What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and analyze existing claims processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights into claims processes and performance
- Support the development and implementation of actionable strategies for process and technology enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process optimization, business analysis, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Knowledge of innovation methodologies and principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
