      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive product sales growth and territory development by implementing sales objectives
      - Support the Outside Sales team and customer base through effective communication and relationship building
      - Manage lead databases, follow up on opportunities, and close sales deals
      - Coordinate marketing activities, customer visits, and training sessions
      - Utilize CRM platforms to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of technical sales, quoting, or estimating experience; experience with lightning protection is preferred
      - Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (5-10%) throughout the U.S.
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred, ideally in a technical discipline
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on career growth; energetic and self-motivated team player
      - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and strong organizational skills

      - Experience in the electrical solutions industry, particularly with lightning protection products
      - Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
      - Familiarity with sales analytics tools and reporting
