What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate and strategize with local business owners about Yelp's advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls
- Manage a diverse pipeline of clients, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and progress
- Master quick close techniques and effectively navigate the sales process from qualification to closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while managing daily goals
- Collaborate with a virtual team to foster a positive and engaging work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- GED/High School Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Proficiency in general computer and email usage, familiarity with Google Suite
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to integrity and teamwork
